Where it all started & what it led to...

My parents gave me my first horse, a Welsh Pony named Field Mouse from Foxfield Farms, when I was just 3 1/2 years old. That was all it took... I was hooked... I had the horse "sickness", "disease", "bug"?!
My mom made sure I remembered at all times that in order to keep my pony... I needed to clean his stall... (with garden gloves & a laundry basket when I was too small to hold a rake & push a wheel barrow), keep out of trouble, get good grades, come home on time and anything else she wanted to use as a bartering chip!
I soon grew out of "Mouse" and started showing Arabians alongside my mom for almost 20 years. We raised and showed many wonderful horses together on a national level successfully and I was able to work with great talents in the industry and ride numerous horses in several different disciplines including Saddle Seat, Stock Seat and Side Saddle to name a few.
It was always a lifelong dream of mine to raise beautiful horses on my own some day, that were talented enough to be shown, taken on the trail, used in a lesson for the kids or any other job you may want to perform - a beautiful, versatile horse the whole family could enjoy and live with.
I also wanted to help others create some of the great life long memories I had with horses growing up. I learned so many important lessons from riding and my time with horses... I met friends who are still important in my life today and I have a career doing what I love.
After many years of a clear vision mixed with determination, hard work and amazing people who believed in me, my dreams are coming true.
